I love travel because it is synonymous with a dream vacation escape, I love all means of transport that allow me to travel.

It therefore becomes difficult to choose which are my preferred means of transport.

But I have always had a slight preference for the plane having had a mother who was a former flight attendant, who always took me on trips with her, the world of airports and aviation has always made me dream .

When I enter an airport I constantly look at the planes to try to guess their destinations, as well as the different crews boarding the planes, I observe the hostesses with their sublime uniforms, particularly for companies from Asia and Africa.

Middle East like Singapore Airlines, Qatar Airways, Emirates. I myself one day passed my certificate to become a steward, my dream was to work for Air France unfortunately I was not able to be hired, but perhaps it was a sign of my destiny which allowed me to go live in Singapore with my wife and start my family.

The mode of transportation you choose for traveling across the country depends on various factors such as your budget, time constraints, personal preferences, and the distance you’ll be traveling. Here’s a breakdown of each option:

Plane: If you’re traveling long distances or need to reach your destination quickly, flying is often the most time-efficient option. However, it can be more expensive compared to other modes of transportation, and you’ll also need to consider factors like airport security, potential delays, and baggage restrictions.

Train: Train travel can offer a comfortable and scenic journey, especially for medium to long distances. It allows you to relax, move around freely, and enjoy the views outside. Trains often have amenities like dining cars and Wi-Fi, making the journey more pleasant. However, train schedules may not always align with your preferred travel times, and ticket prices can vary.

Bus: Buses are a budget-friendly option for traveling across the country. They’re widely available and can take you to even remote destinations. Bus travel may not be as comfortable or fast as other modes of transportation, but it can be a convenient choice for those on a tight budget or looking for a more adventurous travel experience.

Car: Driving allows you the flexibility to explore different routes, stop at attractions along the way, and travel at your own pace. It’s ideal for travelers who enjoy road trips and want to have full control over their itinerary. However, driving long distances can be tiring and may require careful planning for rest stops, fuel, and accommodations.

Bike: For the adventurous and fitness-oriented traveler, biking across the country can be an exhilarating experience. It offers a unique perspective on the landscape and allows you to connect with nature and local communities along the way. However, biking long distances requires significant physical endurance, proper gear, and planning for safety and logistics.

Ultimately, the best mode of transportation for your cross-country journey will depend on your preferences, budget, time frame, and the level of adventure you seek. Consider weighing the pros and cons of each option before making your decision.

I’ve lived in France a long time so I’m starting to see trains like cars and buses because depending on how fast your train is the journey can be just as long. But it’s true that budget and preferences are ultimately what will tip the scale on what to choose.
